Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for all purchases.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the entire order amount, including any shipping charges.

If the User initiates returns for the reasons mentioned below, Ergonstyle.in will not refund any shipping charges:

1. Size Mismatch
2. Did not like
3. Not required
4. Item delivered late

However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Company’s Returns Policy.

We endeavour to ship all items in your order together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

There may be restrictions on accepting Orders for delivery in specific pin codes as a product cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such cases, Ergonstyle.in will not accept the online Order and will send a message requesting you to provide an alternate pin code.

We want to bring to your notice that the approximate shipping time is seven days from the day of order.
